Max% Adult

So i was wondering if someone could help me with a route and the minimum things that must be collected as child:)

Umm... Max% Adult isn't a thing nor should it ever be...

why not?

Until you find a way to become adult with getting essentially nothing as child, like is possible on n64, max% adult shouldnt even be considered
