Hovering

Can't bomb or bombchu hover. In Majora's Mask it's easy as hell, but I can't do it in OOT. I can get ISG down every time, I'm just so inconsistent. I can do okay with chus, but I'm literally a beginner at hovering in this game (which is a shame considering it's probably easier than half of the tricks I've learned)

Hovering is completely different in OoT, because the bomb physics are different. Hovering is only easy if you do it in vertical direction, so trying to gain height, just like in Spirit Hover. Horizontal direction is way harder.

To get hovering to work in OoT, you need to decrease your distance of your backflip. To do so, you can either use Hover Boots, Slingshot/Hookshot/Bow, or just hover against a wall.
