Having Stream Audio Problems

I'm having a weird audio problem, my games audio is playing way sooner then the video, by like 15 seconds. So my audio and video are heavily out of sync. Does anyone know how to re-sync the audio and the video back together?

It's a good idea to give some more details. Capture card, software etc.

Haha sorry, I figured it out and forgot that I posted this. My apologies for not responding until now.
