[Livestream race] MST Race of OoT – Sunday, Feb 7 – 5pm EST

lets go. meet up in the chat, we're gonna do a race

rules:
BA/RBA is banned
collect 3 stones, 6 medallions
you may not skip ganon's trials

livestream is highly encouraged, if you cannot livestream thats ok but update us in the IRC frequently as to where you are.

if you haven't noticed we've been doing a lot of races. well that's because races are the future of speedrunning, definitely super entertaining and fun. its kind of like impromptu except you can obviously practice beforehand.

this will be race #4 and the longest yet, ZFG will probably win but my only goal is beating jiano lol.

we haven't been posting threads for these races until now but I figured people might want at least a little notice beforehand. Let's do this!

Good times will be had.

1.  ZFG (3:45)
2.  Jiano (7:27)
3.  Cosmo (7:30)
4.  who cares

incase anybody is confused, those are ZFG's predictions, this hasn't happened yet :P

lol i was worried.

what time is it in GMT? i might take part depending on the time...

It's 10PM GMT.

i'm not sure if i'll be able to participate seeing as tonight is a school night :(

might need to get my weekend homework out of the way early if i want to have a shot at being able to do this

I think I will be able to participate in the race.  However, I am probably going to forfeit after an hour or 2 because I want to watch the super bowl.

Shiiit. I go home for one weekend without my N64 and miss a run on each night. We got to have an any%, to Ocarina of Time, and MST every weekend, lol

I was never in the race, I didn't use the filename.

God I was amazing.

ani... i tied your mst last year when i played natural route and didnt know any glitches =]

:D that's fantastic
I played horribly with glitches and no knowledge of where alot of things are :D

Ani and I learned a lot about the Spirit temple yesterday lollol
