I don't know if anyone found this out already, but when you steal the rod and replace the biggoron's sword you can't use it anymore.  I found out myself that if you buy the giant's knife from the biggoron's brother, you will instead have the biggoron's sword back!  This made me so happy because I will be able to defeat enemies faster! :D

When you save after stealing the rod, with a stick/bottle on B, it will delete whichever sword was used to steal the rod.

MS comes back by going forward in time, you can buy the Giant's Knife to fix BGS, but Kokiri sword will be gone (exception is Zora Mask RBA)
