I don't drink these things. I have never felt the need to artificially boost my energy.

If you check the back of 5-hour energy, there is some vitamin that it has a lot of...enough so that if you drink 5 5-hour energies, you have enough of that vitamin for the rest of the year.

That's an exaggeration. I do remember it having 1200% of your daily value of vitamin B12 though.

It was 8300% iirc. Someone look up the ingredients, I'm fairly sure. That is 83 days worth.
