when is the 1000th race gonna take place.

We seem to have been having lots of races (race 300 was on the 8th, we are at 336 iirc) so i wanted to start a betting pool. No idea what to bet but just put yourguess as to when .racehist 1000 will dislay an actual race. I think it will be febuary.

P.s. not a vote because you need your own guess (can be as sppecific or broad as you want)

Whenever jiano wants, since he can just take RBABot down after 999 races and wait until the date he predicted.

I took a look at the dates of every race and came up with a linear regression equation and have used that information to predict the date of the 1000th recorded race, and I can say with conviction that the race will occur after October, 14, 2010.

i agree with kaztalek and after further analyzing the data it is safe to say that number 1000 will not happen before oct.16

After doing a comprehensive statistical analysis with industry software and by discussing with various statistics experts, I can say with high confidence that the race will occur at
2012, November 21, EST 21:13:34

Silly fools, when using statistics you have to have a confidence interval, not a confidence point.

Unless, like me, you are able to take every miniscule variable into account and are able to analyze it in that you can predict everything to a T in our deterministic world.

the way i see it the two closest people are boonoru(guessed after october 16) and i (guessed feb 1-feb 28).

boonoru was 62 days off, and i was 46 days off
