Ocarina of Time/Majora's Mask TAS Competition Main Thread

TASK 1:

Enter the Ikana Grave on Cycle 1 and get the Heart Piece there. Here is a walkthrough video of this level:

Timing starts at the first frame you get control over link after entering the grave and ends at the frame you open the chest. You have to use the items you have in the Save Stat I uploaded, so you MAY NOT use any items that are not in this save file:

You can use as many bombs and bombchus as you feel like.

TASK 2:

This task was cancelled due to a lot of people wanting another Majora's Mask task.

TASK 2:

Collect 8 Golden Skulltula Tokens of your choice in the Spider House of Great Bay. Bunny Hood is banned, every other item is allowed. You can start with any item on the C-buttons you want.
Timing starts when you first get control over link after entering the Spider House and ends when the text of the 8th token appears. Feel free to do some short freestyle play around after you collected the last token.

Alright well I don't have enough time to finish my TAS today (3/06/10)
I've spent over 3k+ rerecords and 10 hours + (first Zelda TAS = a lot of hours of learning) hopefully when I finish it off tomorrow morning, before 11:30am GMT+11 and send it in, It will be allowed? <3

Anyways... I'm gonna send it in UNFINISHED, and hopefully when I get back tomorrow, I'll finish it off, re-send it and hopefully out of the kindness of your lovely German heart, you will allow it <3

how can i get a .st file?

the .st file is in the same foulder as the .m64 file. it is named the same way as the .m64 file just with .st in the end.

please hurry and upload both files to me. upload it to mediafire or something and send it to me via youtube or something. please do it today because I want to end this task today, so I can create a compilation video  ;)

How about a tag race across the world for a future task? Going from point A to point B... to point C, maybe be a tourist and take a picture of Object A, B, and C xD

3 ideas for oot tases...

1) do all or part of the trading sequence for the biggorons sword

2)collect the cuccoos as a child

3) destroy all enemies in the graveyard in a savestate where you have spawned all the ghosts already (not sure but isnt there a poe that spawns for each normal grave you pull?

bluri, if you dont know/werent lurking in the irc channel yesterday, mr.grunz and some other zsr members got in a huge fight about the tas competition. so i dont know if there is another one, which really sucks cause i really wanted an oot one. but ya it was quite funny to watch actually.

I have an Idea for an OoT Task:
"Enter the Grave of the Graveyard digger Boris,collect at least 21 Rupees,kill at least one Gibdo and reach as fast the goal as you can."

This would be cool,or?
