It's sweet that someone new is taking an interest in MM =].

I'll take a look at these later and give some tips. In the mean time, keep up the practice.

Yea, I think I'm going to re-do Woodfall and not hit that switch by accident, not miss the loading zone and use Fire Arrows from the start anf not try to do the Bomb Flower method. I think that might chop 1-2 minutes off my time

ZOMGS!!! I redid Woodfall and my time has been cut by 2 minutes!! The time is 2:42. =) Thats EXACTLY 2 minutes shorter, down to the second exact O.o

I just did my first attempt at a Woodfall 100% and I got 11:43, which is decent considering I had a couple major mess-ups. I don't have anything to record with, but I think it's fine considering I'm not good at it yet =P

cut my time down to 9:44 earlier. I think I can easily cut 9 minutes, so I'll have a video soon

I've re-atempted Snowhead 4 times and screwed up each time >=O I can't do the block skip with all those annnoying white things there and killing them then skipping takes longer than just pushing the block. I'm just about done with Snowhead and might move on to GBT. I just need to find a good route because I don't want to do the BK skip. I might do 2 one with BKS and another without...I dunno...

Nice post, I've just signed up and want to be part of speedrunning commuity, I am the best at MM and know various tricks  :) I will start dungeon speedrunning soon  8)

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Just curious but how exactly do you guys manage to set everything up for a 100% or any% IL run? Do you play through the game getting all the items and do a BK skip to beat the boss the first time?

I'm mainly asking because in Jiano's 100% Woodfall run he has Great Spin which you get for turning in all the Fairies. I forget if you can still collect fairies after turning them in (haven't really tried in a long time).

Also could I get a mentor :D I don't have much time but am learning the tricks pretty quickly so far.

I just download a 100% file that's already on the internet on put it onto my Wii and just buy all the bombs/chus I'll need, make sure I have enough arrows if needed, and save at a owl statue before going into the temple in case I need to reset.

And I could mentor you if you have Skype. (If you do PM me your skype name and I'll add you. ;))
